What You Need To Make Wontons
Spoonful of soy sauce
a teaspoon of sesame oil
50/50 milligrams of grounded ginger
powdered garlic, 1/2 teaspoon
0.5 pounds of ground chicken, shrimp, or a combination of the two
Two finely chopped green onions
a quarter teaspoon of white pepper
20–25 wrappers of wonton
About the Soup
4 quarts of chicken stock
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
a teaspoon of sesame oil
2 minced garlic cloves
one teaspoon of grated ginger
chopped baby bok choy, measuring 1 cup
If desired, add 1/2 cup of sliced mushrooms.
