The most important thing for a delicious French Onion Soup is to use a good stock. Choosing the correct stock can make the food taste better, but choosing the wrong one can make it less flavorful. For those who feel like their soup needs more flavor, adding a spoonful of good beef broth can make a big difference. We really suggest using the ‘Better Than Bouillon’ brand.
